Kaley is a compassionate dietitian who specializes in gastrointestinal nutrition and disordered eating. She also has significant experience in culinary medicine, gut microbiome health, intuitive eating, tube feeding, and geriatric nutrition. Kaley is well versed on how chronic inflammation contributes to chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cancer, and exacerbates symptoms of autoimmune diseases. There are many factors that may contribute to inflammation, however, the items in your kitchen may be one of the biggest. Kaley believes that nutrition and healthy eating should not be a stressful experience, but rather bring joy. She understands that in a society so heavily diet-focused, it may be difficult to maintain a healthy relationship with food and body image. One of her biggest pleasures is restoring her client’s relationships with food within a positive, happy, and encouraging environment.
